One senior developer and one point of contact, from the first call to the handover file.

Willsofts is my studio. I am a senior developer and I write code every day for my clients and for my own products. I build documentation assistants for companies in Lorraine, Luxembourg and remotely. Willsofts is a sole-trader business, registered in France in 2024.

The person who builds the assistant is the one who hosts it, measures it every week and answers you. There is no sales team between you and the code. I also build business websites and run short training sessions on AI at work.

If I can no longer run the service, another provider can take over. It is written in the contract: standard building blocks, complete documentation, an export of your data and configuration at any time, and a handover file another provider can follow. You remain free to maintain, adjust or change provider.
