No technical background needed. I start from your real tasks: writing, summarising, finding information, preparing an answer to a customer.
- I show what generative AI does well, and why it sometimes gives incorrect answers with full confidence.
- We look at what you can share with it, depending on the tool and the plan: customer data, internal documents, personal data.
- I run live demonstrations on situations chosen with you, using fictitious or anonymised examples.
- We look at how to check an answer, and the cases where you are better off without it.
- We write the team's rules together.
- You receive the training material.
- You receive a one-page charter, adapted to your company, to share with the team.
- I answer in writing any open questions from the programme, within five working days.
- The session lasts two hours, by video call, for up to ten people.
- Each participant needs a web browser. No paid account is required.
- Before you order, a 20-minute call lets us check the date, the audience and the goals. It also lets me learn about your tools and choose the examples.
- On site, in the evening or on Saturday, around Thionville, Metz and Luxembourg: on quote, travel included.
- It is not a sales demo: I sell nothing during the session.
- I am not Qualiopi-certified, so I do not offer direct funding through a French OPCO. I can deliver training for a training provider, which checks funding eligibility with the funder.
I send you a quote with a fixed price after the 20-minute call, for up to ten people. The training is paid when you order. The session can be rescheduled once at no cost if you let me know three working days before. I also offer a two-hour one-to-one online session on the work tasks you want to use AI for, with a written summary.
